Dr. Mike Ircha is an Emeritus Professor at the University of New Brunswick and Honorary Professor at the World Maritime University (WMU) in Sweden. He has delivered UNCTAD port management courses to senior officials in many countries as well as at WMU and the Shanghai Maritime University in China. Mike is currently Senior Advisor to the Association of Canadian Port Authorities as well as an Adjunct Research Professor at Carleton University.
